  • What payment options do you accept?
    We accept card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
  • Can I track my order?
    All packages are tracked. If you would like to get the tracking number associated to your order, please email carlamandine@gmail.com
  • Can I change my address?
    You may change your address as long as you contact me before your order has shipped at carlamandine@gmail.com
  • Are the prints framed?
    Unfortunately, I do not offer framed prints at the moment. The prints being shipped rolled, protects them from any possibility of strokes or imperfections created during the shipping.
  • What happens if my print arrives damaged?
    To ensure your print arrives safely, we ship your print in a robust mailing tube but if by any chance your order arrives damaged, all you have to do is send us some photos of both the print and the packaging to carlamandine@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement ASAP.
  • Can I add a personalized note to my order?
    Yes you can! You can ad a personalized note during the checkout when purchasing a print on this online boutique
  • Are the prints hand signed by Carla?
    Yes, all the prints are signed.
  • Size of prints with white border?
    The different border options do not change the selected size of the print. Whether you choose a « 3cm border » option or a « borderless » option, the print size stays the same.
  • What is a fine art print?
    The difference between a fine art print and a regular poster, is that a fine art print is printed in very high quality acid-free paper, using a printing technique called Giclée that produces rich and saturated colors guaranteed to last for years without loosing its original beauty.
  • Do you sell the original paintings?
    Yes, you can find Carla's available original artworks on the page ‘Originals’ of this online boutique
